Kananaskis 100 Mile Relay Volunteers

Volunteers are the backbone of the K-100. Without these individuals the race could not take place. On the day of the event we rely on over 300 people to keep things running smoothly. The K-100 also has a group of 10 committed individuals who work year round with the race director to plan the race, they will also be present on race day.

K-100 volunteers work an average of between four and six hours, some volunteer positions are prior/post race day. Please see the positions described in our volunteer sign up link below for a brief outline of the different volunteer areas.

All of our volunteers receive a K-100 t-shirt and post race meal at Nakiska.
