Team Roster Registration Instructions

Please carefully read the following instructions prior to clicking on the link below to register your team roster.
Please have your roster entered by June 17. You can log in anytime to make changes. All changes made by noon on June 21 will be reflected on the race day check in sheets.

After clicking on the link, you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
Username = First initial and last name all lower case, no hyphens and maximum 12 characters (if your name is longer than 12 characters, just enter the first 12)
Password = First intial & last initial & team number all lower case

i.e.
Dave Smith – Team #199
username = dsmith
password = ds199

Team numbers can be found at team list. Teams are listed alphabetically by team name.

Captains of more than one team – your password is the lowest team number. All your teams will be listed under that number.

When entering your roster information, you will also be asked to enter the predicted time for each runner. There is a predicted time calculator which has instructions for use. This information is very important as it will give you your start time. Start times are dependent on your overall predicted finish time. Please be as accurate as possible. Your start time will not be correct until you have all team members listed with a predicted time.

You can log back in and make changes or additions at anytime.
